Recognized by University of Albany
The University of Albany honored the achievements and leadership of 359 high school students from around the state as part of its 31st annual Multicultural High School Achievers Awards. Students were nominated by their schools and guidance counselors.
The three students who attended a ceremony on Sept. 15 at the university from Haldane High School were Helena Alvarez, Ellis Osterfeld and Paulina Saldana.
