Classes in Dutchess, Putnam offered online

Training courses that explain how to use naloxone (Narcan) to reverse an opioid overdose are now being offered online in Dutchess and Putnam counties.

The Dutchess County Health Department offers a course on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The training takes about 30 minutes, and participants will receive a Narcan kit. To register, contact Lori Levine on weekdays at 845-243-4428 or by email at [email protected]. The next session is June 24 at 4:30 p.m.
