Training courses that explain how to use naloxone (Narcan) to reverse an opioid overdose are now being offered online in Dutchess and Putnam counties.
The Dutchess County Health Department offers a course on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The training takes about 30 minutes, and participants will receive a Narcan kit. To register, contact Lori Levine on weekdays at 845-243-4428 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The next session is June 24 at 4:30 p.m.
