  1. Strangely, frogs seem to like swimming pools. After catching and returning a frog to our neighbor’s pond, the little bugger came back. Next thing I know, he/she returned and was sitting on my float. I continued reading my book and enjoyed his/her company. Occasionally, frogs wind up in the pool filters. Our maintenance staff assured me they set the little critters free when found. I check the filters every time I go swimming; I found two last summer and set them free. Imagine being stuck in a whirlpool unable to get free. All animals feel and deserve kindness and respect from humans.
