Kevin Atwell (1967-2025)
Kevin F. Atwell, 58, died March 11.
He was born Jan. 25, 1967, in Queens, the son of Robert and Carole (Vassallo) Atwell. A Beacon High School graduate, he worked at Walmart in Fishkill until illness forced him to retire.
As a young man, he was an athlete and coached Beacon junior baseball. He also loved bowling.
He is survived by his brother, Robert Atwell (Kim); and his nephews, RJ Atwell and Jackson Atwell. His parents and grandparents died earlier.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday (March 18) from noon to 2 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman St., in Beacon. A service will be held at 2 p.m., followed by interment at St. Joachim Cemetery.
Gail Ott (1943-2025)
Gail M. Ott, 81, died Feb. 21.
She was born Sept. 10, 1943, in Beacon, the daughter of Albert and Louise (Kenny) Ott.
Gail was a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church in Beacon. She loved to play bingo. She is survived by her brother, David Ott. Services were private.
