The $175,000 Innovation & Learning Center in the lower level of the Desmond-Fish Library in Garrison, which opened last month, was funded through donations, state grants and contributions from NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, the HOPE for Youth Foundation, the Cold Spring Lions Club, the library’s trustees and many individual supporters.
