The Haldane PTA is collecting candy to distribute to residents of Parrott Street in Cold Spring before the hoards of sweets-loving children descend on the neighborhood on Wednesday, Oct. 31.
To donate, drop off individually wrapped candy or non-candy treats by Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Foodtown, Haldane, the Butterfield library, the Manitou School, Drug World, the Desmond-Fish Library or the Garrison School.
