Olga was a wonderful woman who I enjoyed talking to and seeing her on a daily basis. I will truly miss seeing her at the supermarket and out about the village.

I am saddened by the news of Olga passing. I will always remember her kindness and cheerfulness as we sat on a bench outside my business on Main Street. We spoke freely about so much, mostly of our love of dogs, living in nyc and art. Rest in Peace Olga.

Olga, Thank you for sharing so much of your wisdom with me over the year that I knew you. I will remember you always.

Olga had a kind of quiet sweetness about her. When she talked to you she really talked to you. She paid attention. She had her challenges as we all do. She is missed.

For Olga

Breathed not the new year
Like, what?
Food into my lungs
Gasping / unable to gulp
the threads hanging –
nonsense
Struggling for life
Can you comprehend
why we couldn’t save Olga
whose warm heart drew no boundaries;
A short night when strangers touched.
Vicious tiger the victor.
We are less.
