Karen Ann Solicito, 63, of Wappingers Falls and formerly of Cold Spring, died Nov. 29, 2019, at her home.

Born April 13, 1956, in Peekskill, she was s the daughter of Roger and Betty Ann (Butts) Chirico.

Karen worked as a clerk at the Downstate Correctional Facility for 18 years before her retirement.

Besides her father and her husband, Michael Solicito, she is survived by her brothers, Roger Chirico and Michael Chirico (Kim), her nieces and nephews Roger Chirico, Dominick Chirico and Sara Chirico, and her stepchildren Peter Solicito, John Solicito (Tammy), Mark Solicito and Lauren McMillan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Loretto, 24 Fair St., in Cold Spring, with interment to follow at Cold Spring Cemetery.
