After a traffic stop on Beacon Street, Wilson Montalvo, 28, of New Windsor, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Thursday, May 9

A caller on Washington Avenue reported a dispute between two individuals.

A caller on Main Street reported that he was almost struck by a vehicle while he was in the crosswalk.

Officers responded to West Center Street for a fight between two individuals.

After a complaint about an animal on Fishkill Avenue, Michael J. Roux, 55, of Beacon, was charged with obstructing governmental administration and violating City Code Section 99-1A, Unlicensed Dog and Section 99-9a1 Dog Running at Large.

Thomas Neal, 53, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.

After a report on Eliza Street of an unwanted party, Corey Jones, 55, of Beacon, was processed on an arrest warrant.

Wednesday, May 15

A caller on West Willow Street reported that his bank account had unauthorized charges.

Monday, May 20

A caller on Van Nydeck Avenue reported damage to her vehicle as a result of a hit-and-run.

Tuesday, May 21

Daral Reilly, 53, of Beacon, was charged with having an open container of alcohol.

Thursday, May 23

A caller on Main Street reported missing cable boxes.

Friday, May 24

After an ATV complaint on Wilkes Street, Nicolas N. Johnson, 25, of Fishkill, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and processed on an arrest warrant.

A caller on Meadow Ridge reported that accounts were fraudulently opened in her name.

After a traffic stop on Teller Avenue, Michael D. Suscal-Leon, 21, of Peekskill, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, May 25

After a traffic stop on Main Street, Diego E. Rodriguez, 21, of Manhattan, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation.

A caller on Main Street reported that her employer did not pay her. Situation resolved.

After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, Iyana N. Jackson, 24, of Beacon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and use of vehicle without an interlock device.

A caller on North Chestnut Street reported a bicycle stolen.

Tuesday, May 28

After a report of a fight on Fishkill Avenue, Daniel L. Powers, 68, of Beacon, wash charged with assault.

Wednesday, May 29

A caller on Meadow Ridge reported that a package was taken from her porch after it was delivered.

A caller on Ralph Street reported a cell phone account that was fraudulently opened in his name.
