Tuesday, Oct. 1
Chance I. Pettus, 19, of Staten Island, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
A caller reported a dispute with a neighbor.
Thursday, Oct. 3
Nondey L. Croston, 53, of Beacon, was charged with criminal mischief, harassment and making graffiti.
After a report of an erratic driver on Wolcott Avenue, Gerald G. Zubradt Jr., 71, of Wappingers Falls, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Saturday, Oct. 5
A caller reported a lost iPhone.
Sunday, Oct. 6
A caller reported harassment from unknown individuals that he believes was directed at him.
Monday, Oct. 7
After a traffic stop on Main Street, Nalmo L. Cruz, 37, of Northampton, Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Officers responded to a call for an unattended death.
Thursday, Oct. 10
A caller on Main Street reported she was bitten by a dog while walking.
Sunday, Oct. 13
A caller on Main Street reported fraudulent activity within his bank account.
Patrick J. Sheehan, 45, of Beacon, was processed on an arrest warrant.
Monday, Oct. 14
A caller on Main Street reported lost license plates.
Wednesday, Oct. 16
A caller on Willow Street reported that a vehicle damaged work recently done to his driveway. Offender was located and agreed to repair damage.
Thursday, Oct. 17
After a search warrant was executed on North Avenue, George J. Cintron, 37, of Beekman Street, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon. Police said they found more than 16 ounces of cocaine, fentanyl and ecstasy and an illegal “ghost” handgun.
Friday, Oct. 18
Brandon Mima, 21, of Beacon, who was incarcerated at the county jail, was arrested by Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies and accused of violating an order of protection by contacting a protected party via telephone and video. He was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt.
Monday, Oct. 21
A caller on Main Street reported damage to her vehicle from a hit-and-run. The suspected vehicle was located.
A caller on Main Street reported an incident of road rage.
Tuesday, Oct. 22
A caller on Washington Avenue reported being a victim of harassment.
Thursday, Oct. 24
A 23-year-old man was shot at about 6:20 p.m. on Mill Street. When officers arrived, “all involved parties were still on scene,” the department said in a news release. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he is in stable condition. Police said there is no threat to the general public. It did not release names.
Saturday, Oct. 26
A caller on Tioronda Avenue reported being a victim of check fraud.
A caller on Mason Circle reported damage to her vehicle from a hit-and-run.
A caller on Tompkins Terrace reported damage to her vehicle from a hit-and run.
Sunday, Oct. 27
After a traffic stop on Phillips Street, Sindel C. Riss, 28, of Staatsburg, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Monday, Oct. 29
After a traffic stop on South Chestnut Street, Sergio D. Silva, 29, of Beacon, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Nondey L. Croston, 53, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
A caller on Colonial Road reported items removed from outside of her apartment.
A caller on Fishkill Avenue reported being struck by an individual known to him. Both individuals were advised to stay away from each other.
Wednesday, Oct. 31
After an auto crash on North Avenue, Chakeya J. Greene, 33, of Beacon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
