When I was 4, a German shepherd bit my upper lip clean through when I tried to pet it. Fifteen stitches. The same thing happened when I was 11. Fifteen stitches again — on the other side of the lip! That time, it was a border collie. Needless to say, I grew a mustache as soon as I was able to. [via Facebook]
