On a 4 to 1 vote after more than two hours of discussion, the Cold Spring Village Board last night (Dec. 7) approved the proposed “dark skies” lighting for the waterfront, to use a mixture of short bollards and tall, shepherd’s crook lamp posts.  For a background on events leading up to the vote, click here.
