Presentation on preventing identity theft and scams

Penny Wilson of People’s United Bank will speak from 2 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, at the Howland Public Library, covering topics such as safeguarding against identity theft and avoiding Internet and telephone scams. This event is free and no registration is required. This is a Money Smart workshop, which is an FDIC Financial Education Program.
