Jamel Gaines of Garrison, the founder, artistic director and choreographer for the Creative Outlet Dance Theater in Brooklyn, brought some of the troupe’s dancers to Garrison’s Landing on Feb. 1 for an afternoon workshop and evening performance as part of the Philipstown Depot Theatre’s new Flipside series.
