Thursday, Feb. 1
A North Avenue caller reported someone had taken mail from his mailbox.
Charles Morgan, 76, of Wappingers Falls, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property after a call for a disorderly subject.
Saturday, Feb. 3
Thomas D. Groff, 25, of Beacon, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after a fight on Main Street.
Sunday, Feb. 4
A Main Street caller reported an incident with a rude customer. The customer was advised not to return to the establishment.
Officers responded to a call for an unattended death.
Wednesday, Feb. 7
A Fishkill Avenue caller reported that a rental vehicle was not returned on time. The vehicle was located and returned.
Paula P. Roussos, 44, of New Windsor, was processed on a bench warrant.
Friday, Feb. 9
Vincent J. DePinto, 35, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.
Sunday, Feb. 11
A Main Street caller reported his phone stolen. The phone was located and returned.
Monday, Feb. 12
A Main Street caller reported damage to her vehicle as the result of a hit-and-run. The driver of the other vehicle was located.
Tuesday, Feb. 13
Patrick T. Murphy, 34, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.
Wednesday, Feb. 14
Daral Reilly, 53, and Steve J. Stanton, 42, both of Beacon, were each charged with having an open container on Fishkill Avenue.
A Main Street caller reported damage to her car as the result of a hit-and-run.
Monday, Feb. 19
A Mason Circle caller reported a dispute with a tenant.
Tuesday, Feb. 20
Joseph J. Istvan, 26, of Beacon, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt after a disturbance on Vail Avenue.
A South Avenue caller reported items stolen from a construction site.
Officers responded to a call for an unattended death.
Thursday, Feb. 22
A Wolcott Avenue caller reported that firewood had been taken from his property.
Friday, Feb. 23
A Main Street caller reported two individuals leaving his place of business without paying for items.
Sunday, Feb. 25
A Main Street caller reported a larceny by three subjects. The caller later reported that one suspect returned and paid for the items.
Monday, Feb. 26
A Spencer Lane caller reported harassing comments from a neighbor.
Tuesday, Feb. 27
Officers responded to a vehicle-versus-scooter accident on Main Street.
Wednesday, Feb. 28
A Delavan Avenue caller reported a vehicle was following her.
A Fishkill Avenue caller reported that his vehicle had been vandalized while parked.
Thursday, Feb. 29
A Lafayette Avenue caller reported harassment by someone on social media.
