Beacon, Philipstown students invited to apply for 2024-25
The Highlands Current has opened applications for its 2024-25 Student Journalists Program, now in its fifth year.
The program allows high school students who live in Beacon and Philipstown to be mentored by editors and reporters at the weekly newspaper and have their work published in print and online. Students primarily cover their high schools and issues related to young people and are paid for their work. To apply, see highlandscurrent.org/sjp.
