Tuesday, Sept. 3
A caller on Main Street reported that a barricade was stolen from her property. Barricade was located and returned.
Wednesday, Sept. 4
A caller on South Avenue reported receiving threatening texts.
Corey A. Jones, 55, of Beacon, was transported from Newburgh and processed on a bench warrant.
Thursday, Sept. 5
After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Kevin M. O’Flaherty, 59, of Beacon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
A caller on Simmons Avenue reported harassment from an individual known to her.
Sunday, Sept. 8
After a traffic complaint on Main Street, Abigail N. Rutty, 22, of Wappingers Falls, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Monday, Sept. 9
A caller on Main Street reported an item stolen from his business.
Wednesday, Sept. 11
A caller on Water Street reported her wallet missing from her unlocked vehicle.
A caller on Tompkins Terrace reported damage to her vehicle from a hit-and-run.
Thursday, Sept. 12
Markel L. Myles, 36, of Newburgh, was processed on a bench warrant and charged with bail jumping.
Saturday, Sept. 14
After a call from Jackson Street, Daniel F. Ryan, 31, of Beacon, was charged with harassment, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.
Sunday, Sept. 15
After a request for a welfare check on South Avenue, Nicholas A. Anderson, 31, of Beacon, was charged with disorderly conduct/violent behavior and open container.
After a call to North Chestnut Street, Penelope J. Wendtlandt, 35, of Durham, Maine, was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection.
Monday, Sept. 16
A caller on Matteawan Road reported a stolen phone.
Tuesday, Sept. 17
A caller on Eliza Street reported that a neighbor had a key to her apartment to enter without permission. Neighbor was advised to stay away.
A caller on University Road reported being the victim of fraud.
Jose M. Portalatin, 30, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.
Thursday, Sept. 19
Joseph D. Bishop, 47, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.
Friday, Sept. 20
A caller on Davis Street reported a lost license plate.
After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Antonietta E. Macri, 39, of Beacon, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
A caller on North Brett Street reported damage to her car from a hit-and-run.
After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Nondey L. Croston, 52, of Beacon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Saturday, Sept. 21
Zariyah M. Edey, 22, of the Bronx, was charged with possessing a forged instrument.
Richard Bulson Jr., 40, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti.
Sunday, Sept. 22
After a call to Tompkins Terrace, Samantha Hill, 43, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
Monday, Sept. 23
A caller on Talbot Avenue reported being bitten by a dog.
Tuesday, Sept. 24
After a call to Rombout Avenue, Ryan J. Petrucelli, 36, of North Arlington, New Jersey, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
A caller reported being the victim of fraud.
A caller on Main Street reported her jewelry was stolen; caller contacted officer stating jewelry had been recovered.
Thursday, Sept. 26
A caller on Tompkins Terrace reported damage to her car from a hit-and-run.
Friday, Sept. 27
After a traffic stop on Washington Avenue, Richard Bulson Jr. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
A caller on Rombout Avenue reported her wallet and phone were stolen.
Sunday, Sept. 29
Police said a 16-year-old suffered superficial stab wound to the leg during a fight at Main and South Brett streets at about 4 p.m., at the end of Spirit of Beacon. The victim was taken to St. Luke’s-Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh.
