The Howland Cultural Center in Beacon on June 8 hosted the Composers Concordance, an annual confluence of eclectic musicians, with B3 and the CompCord Ensemble. Some composers whose works were performed were present.
The musicians included Franz Hackl (trumpets), John Clark (French horn). David Taylor (bass trombone), Michiyo Suzuki (clarinet), Brad Hubbard (baritone saxophone and flute), Daniel Palkowski and Debra Kaye (piano), Gene Pritsker (conductor and director) and Dan Cooper (director).
