Friday, Oct. 6
10:10 a.m. – Qingfeng Wang, 53, of New York City, was charged with criminal mischief.
12:30 p.m. – Sean Dolan, 31, of Wappingers Falls was picked up on two active warrants.
5:30 p.m. – Property damage reported on Sycamore Drive. All parties interviewed.
Sunday, Oct. 8
9 p.m. – After a report of a dispute on North Street, Dionte Williams, 23, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Monday, Oct. 9
10:45 p.m. – Taslyn Billings, 45, of Beacon was charged with criminal contempt.
Tuesday, Oct. 10
10:15 a.m. – Caroline McCabe, 34, of Beacon was charged with criminal contempt.
12:10 p.m. – After a call to Spring Valley Street, Christopher Janks, 44, of Beacon was charged with dog running at large and dangerous dog.
2 p.m. – A hit-and-run crash was reported on Schenck Avenue.
Wednesday, Oct. 11
2 p.m. – Joseph Bishop, 40, was processed on a warrant.
6 p.m. – After a report of a fight on Forrestal Heights, Raymond Cruz, 19, of Beacon was charged with assault and criminal mischief.
Thursday, Oct. 12
9:15 p.m. – After a report of drug activity on Forrestal Heights, Anthony Marotta, 25, of Newburgh was charged with possession of marijuana.
10:20 p.m. – A fight was reported on Ackerman Street.
Friday, Oct. 13
7:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, Gary Powlis, 37, of New Windsor was charged with possession of marijuana.
Saturday, Oct. 14
3:30 p.m. – Caller on Vail Avenue reported garbage cans stolen from property.
5:30 p.m. – Caller into headquarters reported credit card fraud.
Sunday, Oct. 15
9 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Nashawn Taylor, 26, of Beacon was charged with failure to signal a turn, aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of marijuana.
Monday, Oct. 16
8:30 a.m. – Caller on Main Street reported garbage cans stolen from front of business.
Tuesday, Oct. 17
8 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, Bryan Kopchak, 24, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana and failure to signal a turn.
10:30 p.m. – Caller reported unwanted person on property. Both parties spoken to.
Wednesday, Oct. 18
12:50 a.m. – Lindon Haughton, 22, of Poughkeepsie was processed on a warrant.
8:45 p.m. – Shots fired on Main Street. Investigation continuing.
Thursday, Oct. 19
Aaron Garner, 52, of Beacon was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
2:50 a.m. – Alfonse Boone, 54, of Beacon was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, littering and dog running at large. Laurie Maus, 38, of Beacon was charged with obstructing governmental administration.
9:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Paul Megna, 42, of Beacon was charged with failure to signal a turn and possession of marijuana.
I’m seeing a theme between no turn signal and marijuana possession. Perhaps it’s just forgetfulness?
