Every so often, we visit the Animal Rescue Foundation shelter in Beacon to meet a dog or cat available for adoption. This week we met Champ. He’s eight or nine years old and weighs 15 pounds. Possibly a Dachshund mix, he’s friendly and loves walks and to curl up on a warm lap. He would do best in an adult family. For more information, visit arfbeacon.org/adopt.
