Thursday, May 1

A caller on Matteawan Road reported being assaulted.

Officers responded to Wolcott Avenue for a report of a car hitting a deer.

After a traffic stop on North Avenue, Mary F. Abrahams, 51, of Newburgh, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Friday, May 2

A caller on North Avenue reported an assault.

A caller on Wolcott Avenue reported being harassed by someone known to her.

Daral Reilly, 54, of Beacon, was charged with open container of alcohol on Veterans Place.

Sunday, May 4

After a report of a larceny from a vehicle, on Fishkill Avenue, Anthony M. Verdile, 39, of Beacon, was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny.

A caller on South Brett Street reported a stolen bicycle.

Tuesday, May 6

Joseph D. Bishop, 48, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.

Wednesday, May 7

After a report of a disturbance on Heaney Drive, Nicholas A. Anderson, 32, of Beacon, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and harassment.

Friday, May 9

A caller on South Avenue reported damage to his car from a falling tree limb.

Sunday, May 11

After a traffic stop on Main Street, Brandon L. Santiago, 25, of New Windsor, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Monday, May 12

A caller on Colonial Road reported that he saw his landlord opening his window on his surveillance camera.

Tuesday, May 13

Jonathan N. Amoroso, 52, of Beacon, was charged with open container of alcohol.

Thursday, May 15

Shqiponje D. Gjokaj, 34, of Poughkeepsie, was processed on a bench warrant.

Friday, May 16

A caller on Mason Circle reported being a victim of fraud.

Saturday, May 17

Officers responded to a call for a vehicle blocking a driveway. After several attempts to contact the owner, tickets were issued and the vehicle was towed.

After a traffic stop on Main Street, Rauny Pujouls, 37, of Marlborough, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Monday, May 19

After a report of larceny on Main Street, Shannon D. Henry Jones, 56, of Beacon, was charged with petit larceny.

Officers from the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force arrested Alfonso Perez, 29, of the Town of Wappinger and formerly from the Bronx, who was charged with distributing fentanyl and crack cocaine in Beacon, Wappinger and East Fishkill. Officers said that, during a search of his home, they seized 10 ounces of cocaine, packaging for the sale of fentanyl and cocaine, 500 prescription Xanax pills and handgun magazines and hollow point ammunition. Perez was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal sale of a control substance (fentanyl/cocaine). He was remanded to the Dutchess County jail without bail.

Wednesday, May 21

Lauren Deluca, 36, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.

Friday, May 23

After an auto crash on Main Street, Sekita Cumberbatch, 39, of Beacon, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, May 24

A caller reported items taken from her glove box.

Sunday, May 25

A caller on Main Street reported witnessing a vehicle backing into her vehicle and leaving the scene.

Tuesday, May 27

Officers responded to a call for an unattended death.

Thursday, May 29

After a call to Wolcott Avenue, Caliel W. Daughtry, 20, of Beacon, was charged with petit larceny.

Friday, May 30

A caller on East Main Street reported being bitten by a dog.

Saturday, May 31

After a traffic stop on Rock Hill Road, Aaron E. Duffy, 38, of Cold Spring was charged with aggravated unlicensed driver.

After a report of an unwanted party on Liberty Street, Michael S. Horton, 36, of Beacon, was charged with criminal contempt.
