The Turkey Trot course
Those wishing to make a preemtive strike against the onslaught of holiday calories can take part in the, unofficial, first Annual Cold Spring Turkey Trot.  The brain child of Cold Spring resident Megan Cotter, the Trot will help raise money for the Kristen and Fred Faust Spirit award at Haldane High School.
      Runners will meet at the waterfront at 8 a.m. with starting time at 8:15. Ms.Cotter said, “I decided nice and early so people can still get home in time to start their holidays.”
