‘Revitalizing Hudson Riverfronts’ at the Cold Spring board of trustees workshop

On Tuesday, Dec. 21, Scenic Hudson Director of Land Use Advocacy Jeff Anzevino will present “Revitalizing Hudson Riverfronts” at the Cold Spring board of trustees workshop. The publication promotes land-use planning to mediate or avoid urban sprawl in the Hudson Valley. Anzevino’s presentation will focus on use of the guide to assist local officials, planners, developers and other stakeholders to preserve the unique qualities of the Hudson River waterfront. He will also announce a new initiative to solicit community input on projects to link Cold Spring, Beacon, Newburgh and Cornwall for environmental and economic benefit.

The workshop starts at 7:30 p.m. at Cold Spring Village Hall (85 Main Street) and Jeff’s presentation is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m.  Click hereto read a recent Philipstown.info article about the guide.
