Desmond-Fish Library will host

Flower arranger Donna Doyle, Philipstown Garden Club member and Garrison resident will present a St. Patrick’s Day-themed flower arranging demonstration and workshop at Desmond-Fish Library on Sunday, March 18 at 2 p.m. The event is open to the public and refreshments will be served.

The demonstration is free, but there is a $20 per person cost to participate in the flower arranging afterwards. This includes flowers and a container for making your own arrangement.

Reservations are necessary for the workshop, which takes place one day after the actual date of St. Pats. The check  must be received by March 3. Send check to:  Margaret O’Sullivan, P. O. Box 101, Garrison, N.Y. 10524 (check is non-refundable).
