9 a.m. – A caller to headquarters reported bank fraud.

Thursday, Dec. 22

Wolfe

12:50 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Terry Guilford, 61, of Newburgh was charged driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Brian William Wolfe, 32, of Beacon, was charged with felony sexual abuse of a child. Accused of abusing a girl under the age of 11 on numerous occasions over the past several months, he was taken to Dutchess County Jail on a $100,000 bail. [In August 2017, Wolfe pleaded guilty to first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and was sentenced to 18 years in state prison.]

Saturday, Dec. 24

1:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Andrew Hiland, 19, of Farmington, was processed on a warrant for failure to appear and charged with possession of marijuana.

4 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Dylan Quinn, 24, of Montrose, was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana.

1:45 p.m. – A caller to headquarters reported ongoing harassment by neighbor.

7 p.m. – A caller to headquarters reported ongoing harassment by family member.

Sunday, Dec. 25

1:30 a.m. – Stefan Jones, 21, of Poughkeepsie was charged on South Davies Terrace with criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated family offense and resisting arrest.

1:15 p.m. – Caller on Wolcott Avenue reported blue marquee sign at Sargent school entrance was damaged.

6 p.m. – Caller on Main Street reported fraudulent sale of cell phone.

Tuesday, Dec. 27

2 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported credit card fraud.
