The Current will host discussion among trustee and mayoral hopefuls
The Highlands Current will host a forum of candidates for the Cold Spring Village Board at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 13, in the music room of the Haldane School.
The trustee candidates who are scheduled to participate are Marie Early, Fran Murphy and Peggy Schatzle, who will appear on the March 21 ballot, and Frank Haggerty, who is campaigning as a write-in candidate. There are two open trustee seats.
The mayoral candidates are Alison Anthoine and Dave Merandy.
The discussion will be moderated by reporters Michael Turton and Liz Schevtchuk Armstrong.
