Putnam Arts Council issues open call

The Putnam Arts Council has issued an open call for an exhibit, Celebrating Women, that will be on view at its Mahopac gallery from May 21 to June 16. Art may be brought to the gallery on May 7 or May 21 for the show, which coincides with the 100th anniversary of women receiving the right to vote in New York.
