Movies That Matter will screen on June 30

On Friday, June 30, at 7 p.m., the Movies That Matters series in Beacon will present the documentary Requiem for the American Dream, in which Noam Chomsky argues that the concentration of wealth and power among a small elite has polarized American society and brought about the decline of the middle class.

The film will be shown at in McKinley Hall at the First Presbyterian Church, 50 Liberty St., with discussion to follow. See moviesthatmatterbeacon.org.
