Friday, July 14

6:10 a.m. – After a report of a burglary on Tompkins Terrace, Lonnie Spearman, 37, of Newburgh was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and aggravated family offense.

1:40 p.m. – Caller on Main Street reported damage to security camera on building.

5:30 p.m. – Caller reported clothes were stolen from machines at Laundromat on  Fishkill Avenue.

Saturday, July 15

10:30 a.m. – Maurice Kingwood, 46, of Hyattsville, Maryland was charged with petit larceny.

5:15 p.m. – Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported tires were slashed on vehicle.

8 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Washington Avenue, Robert Macey, 26, of Wappingers Falls was charged with possession of marijuana and equipment violations.

Sunday, July 16

1:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, Christopher Travers, 31, of Beacon was charged with circumvention of interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.

5:45 a.m. – Edgar Henderson, 35, of Wappingers Falls was picked up and processed on an active warrant.

7:15 a.m. – Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported items missing from residence.

5:30 p.m. – Caller on Wolcott Avenue reported items missing from business.

8:30 p.m. – Caller reported a fight on Main Street. All parties separated.

Monday, July 17

10 p.m. – After a report of a suspicious auto on Red Flynn Drive, Edwin Rios, 24, of Walden was charged with possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, July 18

1 a.m. – After a report of a suspicious auto on Wolcott Avenue, Travis Gloyd, 26, of Wappingers Falls was charged with possession of marijuana.

6 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Danielle Arce, 28, of Fishkill was charged with possession of marijuana and equipment violations.

Wednesday, July 19

2 a.m. – After a report of a suspicious vehicle on Robert Cahill Drive, Orlando Marmolejos-Molina, 26, of Sanford, Florida, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and possession of marijuana.

8:15 a.m. – John Lent, 59, of Beacon was processed on an active warrant.

10:40 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of an attempted burglary on John Street.

Thursday, July 20

2 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Rosendo Nunez, 24, of Fishkill was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana.

1 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Verplanck Avenue, Ronald Reynolds, 40, of Wallkill was charged with unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

1:30 p.m. – Caller on Verplanck Avenue reported damage to vehicle.

2:20 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Gregory Richardson, 60, of Wappingers Falls was charged with failure to signal a turn and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

5:45 p.m. – Gabriel Crews, 50, of Beacon was picked up and processed on a active warrant.

Friday, July 21

11:30 a.m. – Caller into headquarters to report being harassed by neighbor. Both parties spoken to.

6:30 p.m. – Caller on Main Street reported front window of business damaged.

Saturday, July 22

2:15 p.m. – Criminal mischief reported on Catherine Street.

8 p.m. – Matthew Perrotta, 21, of Hyde Park was charged with harassment (physical contact) and criminal mischief.

Sunday, July 23

1:30 a.m. After a call on Coffey Avenue, Garrett Smith, 26, of Walden was charged with assault and resisting arrest.

10:45 p.m. – A hit-and-run auto crash was reported on Ackerman Street.

Monday, July 24

4 p.m. – Report of the unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

4:45 p.m. – Caller on Verplanck Avenue reported items missing from unlocked vehicle.

Tuesday, July 25

11 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Teller Avenue, Kristin DeRosa, 46, of Staatsburg was charged with unlicensed operation, possession of a controlled substance and equipment violations.

Wednesday, July 26

4:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Dontae Young, 21, of Beacon was charged with unlicensed operation and no seat belts. James Perez, 25, of Beacon was charged With open container in a vehicle and possession of marijuana.

7:15 p.m. – After a 911 call from Ackerman Street, Whyking Geter, 21, of Beacon was charged with dangerous dog, dog bite, and dog running at large.

Thursday, July 27

5:20 p.m. – After a report of drug activity on Main Street, Dorian Shann, 24, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.

8 p.m. – After a report of a disorderly individual on Tilden Avenue, Stephanie Knapp, 57, of Beacon was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.

Saturday, July 29

1:30 a.m. – Caller reported fight on Main Street.

7 a.m. – Cynthia Jenkins, 52, of Beacon was picked up and processed on a warrant.

11:45 a.m. – After a report of a disorderly individual on Main Street, Joshua Kelly, 28, of Pleasant Valley was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

2:35 p.m. – Caller on East Main Street reported being harassed at place of business.

9 p.m. – After a report of a disturbance on Oak Street, Paul Carey, 24, of Beacon was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation and endangering the welfare of a child.

Sunday, July 30

9:15 a.m. – Officers responded to an apartment building on Coffey Avenue when a woman called stating that she awoke to an unknown male in her bedroom, who had left. When officers arrived it was discovered that the male had broken open the door of the building and stolen multiple items from inside. Witnesses provided a direction of travel and, after a K-9 track, Anthony Verdile, 31, of Beacon, was arrested and charged with felony burglary, felony criminal mischief, misdemeanor petit larceny and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Beacon City Court and held on bail.
