Exchange Club to host talk
The Exchange Club of Southern Dutchess will host a talk on Tuesday, Sept. 11, by Albert Rosenblatt, a retired New York State judge, on Dutchess County’s role in the ratification of the Constitution.
Cocktails will be served at 5 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. at the Heritage Restaurant in Wappingers Falls. Tickets are $40. Email [email protected] for reservations.
