Juanita Rincon of Juanita’s Kitchen in Nelsonville and her family visited Glynwood on Saturday (Aug. 10) to prepare the sold-out farm dinner. Juanita’s daughters, Lea Perez and Julisa Rincon Tomizawa, served as sous chefs, and the Mexican cuisine included only Hudson Valley produce and meat. The next morning, the Rincons left for a long-awaited vacation.
