The organizers of Climate Week Philipstown, which will take place from Sept. 20 to 29, and is modeled on Climate Week NYC, say it will include a screening of the 2018 documentary The Human Element followed by a panel discussion, an electric-car day, a climate art exhibit  and a global strike for climate.
