A: Traffic will be limited to a single lane over the Route 9D structure until late October, according to the state Department of Transportation. As part of the $2.2 million project between Cold Spring and Garrison, workers are replacing joints, adding a drainage system, repairing piers and abutments, sealing the deck and paving the approaches.
