The fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at the SUNY Orange – Middletown Campus in the George F. Shepard Student Center Building located at 115 South St., Middletown, 10940.

The fair will include participants from the American Legion, AMVETS (Hudson Valley Chapter), Catholic War Veterans, Hudson Valley Honor Flight, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), Library of Congress Veterans History Project, Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH), Mount St. Mary’s College, New York Guard, Orange County Veterans Service Agency, Putnam County Veterans Service Agency, Student Veterans of America at Marist, U.S. Army Reserve.

This year, Rep. Maloney also launched an online page devoted to assisting veterans in the Hudson Valley, and currently has a full-time Veterans Advocate on staff to help veterans with their claims for educational, disability, retirement, medical, burial, spousal and dependents’ benefits as well as the correction of military records and medals.
