Reform Temple of Putnam Valley begins series Nov. 12

The Reform Temple of Putnam Valley will offer to the community at large an introductory Hebrew program where participants can learn to read Hebrew in only five 90-minute weekly sessions.

Taught by member Roni Rodman, the course is designed for Jews with little or no background in reading Hebrew, but anyone may register, if only to brush up on some rusty skills.

The free lessons will be held Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., beginning Nov. 12, and includes course materials. The Reform Temple of Putnam Valley is at 362 Church Road in Putnam Valley. For further info or to register, call 845-528-4774 or visit rtpv.org.
