Receives award for beautification at Garrison School
The Garden Club of America awarded Catherine Treuter of the Philipstown Garden Club its Club Civic Improvement Award in recognition of her “leadership, enthusiastic attitude, courage and commitment” to the beautification of the grounds of the Garrison School.
