State revises 2010 standards
On Monday, Oct. 3, New York State, and, by extension, the Village of Cold Spring, put into effect updated building and fire codes. Applications filed before that date will be reviewed using the 2010 code.
The revisions are mostly minor, although there is a new emphasis on energy conservation, says building inspector Bill Bujarski. He can be reached with questions at [email protected].
