Work has begun on the exterior of the new senior center at the Butterfield redevelopment site in Cold Spring. Putnam County has started its search for a general contractor and hopes to finalize an agreement with the Building and Construction Trades Council of Westchester and Putnam Counties, which is affiliated with the AFL-CIO.
