11 a.m. – Aaron Garner, 53, of Beacon was charged with criminal contempt and resisting arrest after a report of a violation of a court order.

6:30 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported banking/credit card fraud.

8:15 p.m. – Caller on Eliza Street reported packages stolen from porch.

Saturday, Jan. 27

7:30 a.m. – After a report of an unwanted person on Wolcott Avenue, Tyshaun Powe, 33, of Beacon was charged with disorderly conduct and trespass.

Sunday, Jan. 28

11:55 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Beekman Street, Rasshad Milligan, 30, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of marijuana.

1:30 p.m. – After a report of harassment on Main Street, Roger Grisset, 53, of Beacon was charged with trespass.

Monday, Jan. 29

12 p.m. – Victor Marchmon, 52, of Newburgh was processed on a warrant.

4:30 p.m. – After a report of a violation of a court order, Roger Grisset, 53, of Beacon was charged with criminal contempt.

7:45 p.m. – Marcus Ellis, 23, of Newburgh was processed on a warrant.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

1:30 p.m. – Caller reported items taken from Main Street store.

2:30 p.m. – After a report of a fight on Talbot Avenue, a 17-year-old female from Beacon was charged with resisting arrest, unreasonable speed and failure to stop at stop sign.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

4 p.m. – After report of harassment on North Cedar Street, both parties advised.

5:30 p.m. – Report of fraud on Main Street.

Thursday, Feb. 1

8:15 a.m. – Graffiti reported on Green Street; damage to park bathrooms.

11:55 a.m. – Hit-and-run crash reported on Main Street.

3:45 p.m. –Wesley Sellers, 37, of Poughkeepsie was processed on a warrant.

Friday, Feb. 2

8:30 a.m. – Hit-and-run crash reported on Cross Street.

2:30 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported bank fraud.

Saturday, Feb. 3

3:45 p.m. – Caller reported someone shooting BB gun on South Cedar Street. The gun was a simulation of a Baretta PX4 storm pistol. A 17-year-old male from Beacon was charged with reckless endangerment. A 16-year-old male from Beacon was charged with reckless endangerment and possession of marijuana.

7:15 p.m. – Caller from North Avenue reported money missing.

11:20 p.m. – After a report of a fight on Main Street, Robert Jamison, 30, of New Rochelle was charged with assault, burglary and disorderly conduct.

Sunday, Feb. 4

2:30 a.m. – Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported money missing.

Monday, Feb. 5

12:10 a.m. – Odeja Whitted, 22, of Newburgh was picked up on a warrant.

12:30 p.m. – Kavon Thompson, 27, of Beacon was picked up on a warrant.

Tuesday, Feb. 6

9:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop, Alfio Toscano, 46, of Fishkill was processed on a warrant.

1:30 p.m. – Report of a violation of an order of protection.

3 p.m. – Caller reported item stolen from business.

Thursday, Feb. 8

12:15 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported checking account fraud.

12:40 p.m. – After a report of a violation of an order of protection on Main Street, Roger Grissett, 53, of Beacon was charged with criminal contempt.

Friday, Feb. 9

8:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, Cristi McLean, 52, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and processed on two warrants out of Beacon and one warrant out of Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office.

11:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Veterans Place, David Anderson, 53, of Beacon was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and possession of marijuana.

12:45 p.m. – John Lucas, 29, of Beacon was charged with petit larceny.

Saturday, Feb. 10

1 a.m. – After a report of a suspicious auto on Front Street, Kenneth Place, 27, of Cold Spring was picked up on an active warrant out of Philipstown Court.

11:30 a.m. – Caller on Liberty Street reported Samsung Android 6 cell phone stolen.

2 p.m. – After report of a larceny on Main Street, Derek Steinman, 39, of Beacon was charged with four counts of petit larceny.

Sunday, Feb. 11

2 p.m. – Caller on North Avenue reported unknown male trespassing on private property.

6:30 p.m. – Neighbor dispute in Forrestal Height. Both parties interviewed.

Monday, Feb. 12

3 p.m. – Michael Mazzurco, 36, of Beacon was charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.

4:15 p.m. – Caller on Main Street reported fraudulent activity on checking account.

5 p.m. – Caller from Forrestal Heights reported damage to vehicle.

Tuesday, Feb. 13

4 p.m. – After a report of a suspicious person on Rombout Avenue, Nicholas Scott, 26, of Stamford, Connecticut, was charged with not having a peddler’s license.
