Looking for locally sourced options

Scenic Hudson has issued a Request for Proposals for commercially operated food truck vendors at Long Dock Park in Beacon. The organization hopes to offer visitors a casual dining experience with healthy, locally sourced options and encourage the use of compostable, recyclable serving materials.
