Eustorgio Rios
Eustorgio Rios, 44, of Beacon, died Oct. 1, 2019, at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
Eustorgio was born Jan. 22, 1975, in Newburgh, the son of Socorro Barrera. He worked as a restaurant server. His family said he had a great sense of humor and would help anyone that he could. He was an accomplished cook and was known for his juice recipes.
In addition to his mother, Eustorgio is survived by his children, Marquise Humphrey, Kerryn Rios and Cecilia Reyes-Rios; a grandson; and his siblings, Jorge Rios and Stephanie.
Family and friends will gather on Sunday, Oct. 6, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman St., in Beacon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 Willow St., in Beacon.
